Landscaping
Builder will grade, loam, rake, and seed disturbed areas to blend with the natural contour of the land and provide foundation planting at the front of the home. Backfilling, final shaping of the lot, and trees to be cut or left standing, shall be left to the discretion of the Builder and per approved site plan. Builder is not responsible for the health or removal of existing trees.
