  • 100- amp service, circuit breaker box in basement, underground utilities
  • Cable outlets and CAT5 computer wiring in family room and bedrooms, phone jacks in family room, bedrooms and kitchen
  • Exterior GFI outlet at front and rear of house with exterior lighting at all doors and one spot light
  • Light fixtures with switches in all hallways and staircases. Electrical outlet spacing will be to code
  • One light over sink and one in center of kitchen, one fixture in dining room and front foyer

Exterior Features

Deck

  • Asphalt driveway. Size, shape and location of driveway at Builders discretion (per lot plan)

Front Steps and Walkway

  • Front stairs and front deck will be pressure treated wood with Trex deck material and vinyl railing. Walkway will be asphalt or per plan.

Landscaping

  • Builder will grade, loam, rake, and seed disturbed areas to blend with the natural contour of the land and provide foundation planting at the front of the home. Backfilling, final shaping of the lot, and trees to be cut or left standing, shall be left to the discretion of the Builder and per approved site plan. Builder is not responsible for the health or removal of existing trees.
